Paxton Gate gathers navigational information about where visitors go on our site and information about the technical efficiencies therein (i.e., time to connect to our site, time to download pages, etc.). This information allows us to see which areas are most visited and helps us better understand our visitors' experiences at www.PaxtonGate.com. With the navigational information, we can improve the quality of our site by recognizing and delivering more of the features, areas and services our visitors prefer. In the process of gathering navigational information, non-personally identifiable information (for example, domain type, browser version, service provider and IP address) may be collected.

In the interest of optimal data security we do not accept orders by email and will only receive credit card information by phone (415.824.1872) or via our secure website. Each time you visit our site we will ask for payment information because we do not permanently save such data.

If you believe you have an unauthorized transaction of your credit or debit card, you should immediately notify your card provider in accordance with the terms of your agreement with that company. We endeavor for our website to be appropriate for anyone 13 years or older. Our Kids section is suitable for viewers of all ages (although particular products have minimum age recommendations). We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to supervise children's access to the web.
