FULLFILLMENT SUPERVISOR / ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR needed at Paxton Gate
Paxton Gate is looking for a creative individual with a wide breadth of talent to

We are looking for a candidate to supervise our Shipping-Receiving department including
processing daily orders, receiving and stocking merchandise, customer service, and other related tasks.
Additionally, we are the process of jumpstarting our ecommerce sales and are looking for someone to
personally take on the task of upgrading our online offerings. This position does not require web
design or HTML but includes shooting digital photos of merchandise, writing copy and uploading via
ECI/Retail Pro software. If you have marketing or social media skills that you can bring to the table,
even better. Our goals for the position are specific but we’re open to building it around a particular
applicant’s skillset, so let us know what you have to offer.
Basic Description:
- Process and tag all incoming and outgoing shipments with help from one part-time stock clerk
- Select products from our inventories and post to the web
- Take photos of products, edit, crop and size in Photoshop
- Write copy for products
- Select products to show alongside products i.e. “You might also like”
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least two years Shipping-Receiving/Fulfillment Experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Supervisor/Management Experience
- Excellent creative writing skills
- Computer savvy, PC platform
- Functional understanding of basic Photoshop
Other Helpful Skills:
- Digital color photography
- Familiarity/proficiency in Retail Pro POS
- Marketing/Social Media
- Familiarity with Paxton Gate and Curiosities for Kids product lines
Salary Commensurate with Experience:
The position will be paid hourly or salaried but unfortunately we are unable to offer benefits at this time.
