Assistant Manager Needed at PAXTON GATE

looking to fill the Assistant Manager position. Please submit a resume and cover

We're looking for someone to work alongside our manager with the
daily operations of Paxton Gate and Curiosities for Kids.
Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
scheduling, maintaining goal calendars, situational training and coaching,
leading sales, excellent customer service, and being a core member of our team.

Required Skills & Experience:
- At least two to three years retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate in a retail setting
- Organization, time management, and prioritization of daily tasks
Other Helpful Skills:
- Familiarity/proficiency in Retail Pro, or other POS system
- Familiarity with Paxton Gate and Curiosities for Kids product lines
Salary Commensurate with Experience: The position will be paid hourly,
with yearly paid vacation and bonus incentives based on performance.
